A call for civility in Wisconsin

Sheldon Lubar, founder and chairman of Lubar & Co., in Milwaukee, received the BizTimes Bravo! Entrepreneur Lifetime Achievement Award Thursday. Lubar gave a rousing acceptance speech at the luncheon, and he received a standing ovation.
